Trying this out on my ipad to see how it works. My husband, who is the most fair and patient in the land, got all my lights working. As it turns out, it wasn’t me. I had a dud light! Which I am glad about because it was too dull so having to remove it was a blessing in disguise. Here is the Nob Hill with lights on!
All in the order that the blogger gods choose...
So cute!
Beautiful !
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteIt’s a beauty!
ReplyDeleteThanks Debora!
Deleteit looks great with the lights on! I love this house.
ReplyDeleteThanks Troy. It’s a cutie with fun details.
DeleteAhh, it so charming. Yay for patient husbands and boo for electrical gremlins. Who is going to live there?
ReplyDeleteThanks Carrie. Yes those electrical gremlins are persistent and vexing but still they come. I don’t know who will live here, but I have her hat and handbag! It is probably a little more modern inside, with classic but updated furniture. Some of it yet to be determined.
DeleteCute is not the word for it! That house is a mix of romance and fantasy and dreams of a gentle life. The lights just add a bit of extra magic.
ReplyDeleteHi Megan. Perfect words! Thank you. I look forward to landscaping the base and getting some fun accessories. Hope you are doing Ok.
DeleteIt's a lovely little property with lots of interesting detail. I'm glad you got the lighting issue sorted.
ReplyDeleteThanks Irene! It is so sweet, it would be a shame if it had failed due to just one light.
DeleteDon't you just love those Blogger-gods.. Go you attempting blogger on your ipad :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't think it was possible but this wee thing is even more super cute with all the lights on.
Hi Anna. Yep, good ol blogger. Keeps us on our toes! Haha! And thanks. I will have to get going on the furniture now.

ReplyDeleteThank you! I am a sucker for red, pink and green combo!
DeleteLove how it looks!
ReplyDeleteHi Sheila. Thank you! Xx
DeleteHi Shannon, I just started in 1/48 scale and discovered your blog. Do you know what furniture kits were available for this house. I would love to see pictures. I'm actually looking for the nob Hill bathroom & dresser kit.
ReplyDeleteHi Celeste. Most of the furniture was 3d printed and available here: https://www.shapeways.com/shops/prettysmallthings?srsltid=AfmBOooXVavfKzPRdI_Fv1l7X6sEXLBwBUfb5-zXAqZBOiSqpeWwmcTu (hoping that works!)
DeleteBut bear with me and I will post images on my blog of the furnished rooms from the instructions.
As an aside, I have some 1:48 scale furniture kits in my online store www.redcottageminiatures.com if you need any, and trying to add more over time.
