This is the fireplace wall with doors either side. The whole thing will be glazed to antique it and give it a slight sheen - I hope, in order to look like the 300yr old plus panels at places like Versailles. I am yet to marble the fireplace, and will probably marble the skirting to match.

ReplyDeleteI love live love what you have done with these panels! They are so pretty, what a clever choice! And so refreshing to the more regular white and gold. I have used these panels a few times before and always done the gold but I wish I had tried something different like you have.
